Lame they should do more then just e-mail you back. They should at least refund you the money for the shipping and something else thats lame. Its what the 22nd now? And you still haven't gotten your cd? Its highly unlike you will get it tomorrow and I don't know if Canada has mail on Sundays, if no mail on Sundays then you won't get it then. So that makes almost 2 weeks since the album came out and you haven't gotten it.

They e-mailed me back asking me what my order number is. I replied but I haven't gotten a reply back yet.

"We are sorry for any inconvience, but our email has been down the past three days (8/18-8/20). It is now back up. If you wrote to us during that time and still need an answer please write again." That's what it says on the Jonas Brothers Merch site. So, that means they didn't even GET the e-mail I sent to them earlier this week, which is why I didn't get an answer. I just sent them an e-mail again, and I'm just REALLY mad right now. The CD still hasn't come, and I placed my order at least a month before August 12. I am definitely not ordering anything from them again.
